The name of the show is Ace of Cakes, and the name really fits the team of bakers and designers. Duff Goldman is a baker who owns a company called Charmed City Cakes. This group of people have enough creativity to turn a cake into Hogwarts Castle, KITT (Knight Rider), an Navy airplane carrier, or anything you can possibly imagine.

The team loves to make cakes ‘Bigger, Badder, Awesome’. They add lights, sounds, defy gravity, and do whatever it takes to make the cakes perfect. One of the best and by far most unique cakes they made was the motorcycle with an actual working engine.

If you don’t know much about cakes, and how to make them, this show is perfect. They may not give recipes, but they do explain things like preventing fondant cracks, frosting and other things. Ace of Cakes is one of the most creative baking shows I have seen in a long time. It is on Food Network, which I get with direct tv specials in Ohio .
