New Kia Sportage

The new Kia Sportage in 2010 will make its official debut at the upcoming Detroit Auto Show, in Europe, however, we will see in the stands of the Geneva Motor Show to be held in March. The new model, now in its third generation, grows in size and external design is inspired by the largest Kia Sorento. The new Kia Sportage has platform and many components in common with the Hyundai iX35 and will be built in Europe at the production site of the Korean group located in the Czech Republic Regarding engines nothing has yet been announced, but the new Korean crossover could adopted as a sister iX35, the two petrol engines 1.6 and 2.0 Turbo 140 hp from 166 hp and two 1.7 CRDi diesel 115 PS and 2.0 CRDi in two steps of power: 136 and 184 hp. Some versions also feature the Start & Stop system.
